It is a fountain of various shades of life in just seven characters in a mega television serial. Just imagine the novel attempt of AG Seshadri from ‘Karanji’ – a mega television serial means mega cast. No says the director and debutant producer of ‘Karanji’.

For the first time Malagu Malagu….song fame Charulatha of Kannada cinema is entering the television world as an NRI. Audience used to come to see me in theatres and I am now at their TV boxes says the pretty actress Charulatha.

AG Seshadri in the career spanning 18 years has given many worthwhile television serials and in this one he is looking at different angle cutting across the usual rut fed on small screen.

Veena Sunder the decent actress plays the role of head of Mahila Ayoga and the work what she does in her television serial is also part of her personal life.

Chandra Mohan is teamed with Charulatha as NRI couple.

Lakshmi and Nisha play sisters with qualities poles apart. Bhargavi Narayan, Padmakala, Supritha Shetty, Shilpa Kaushik, Brinda, Muralidhar J, Nagesh, Raju and Mahesh are in the cast.

This Punyakoti Enterprises has lyrics from Srichandru, music from Pravin D Rao, Varijasri and Snehaja Praveen lent the playback singing.

Screenplay, production and chief director is AG Seshadri. Episode director is Tilak and Dhadi Chandru is cameraman.
